Accept offer mistake made

I am new to eBay, selling my second item, I received an offer, which was great. He replied saying my offer was $480, (which is perfect no problem ) then saying I raised the price to $500 and he has to pay shipping.  I did not raise the price to $500, I was happy with $480, plus, I intended to pay for the shipping, all along.  Sold for $480 and I was “free shipping “ I was happy with that, but the buyer is upset, not sure what happened, and I don’t know how to fix this or contact the buyer.  Can someone help or point me in the right direction.
thanks,

You had Free Local PIck Up on the listing, not free shipping.

 https://www.ebay.com/itm/405344378294

However you do NOT want to try and ship it for Free because it will be very expensive to ship.  It will most likely need to be double boxed to prevent damage.   That means that the box dimensions are going to be oversized.   Shipping prices are charged based on package size, weight, and distance to the buyer.

You can ask the buyer if they wish to cancel the order.  The item is still for sale and available to other buyers until they pay.

Since the buyer is not being very reasonable I would recommend adding them to your blocked list>
