Selling limit

I am trying to sell my first item and it’s valued around $60. It will not let me and keeps saying something about $10 limit. I have requested a limit but it also then tells me I am not eligible for that. What do I do

It says my PayPal is being used on another account? How can this be? Can I remove it from this other account? I only want it used on my account.

I have a small eBay store. Is there a way to empty my store but save all of my listings do I do not have to retake photos etc. I’ve done “Time away” but would like to suspend store without having to keep going back to “time away”. Thank you!
