how can a seller cancel a valid bid

i place a legitimate bid item closed, 48 seconds later the seller cancelled my valid bid , just cause you dont get the price you want on a non reserve auction legally if a valid bid is tendered than is the best bid given

It would be great if eBay could offer a view that shows what your payout or earnings would be if you list an item under “buy it now” and promote it. It shouldn’t be hard to show this as several other sites do. Just my opinion.
