non payment for dumb reason

 I listed  a set of hinges  [3 to be exact] and stated the price plus ship.  When the guy bid and I said ok thanks   He didn't pay.  then several days later  he states  I m not paying that price x3    I messaged back you don't have to   but then  he just quit responding    How can I leave neg feedback  ?

You can not leave negative feedback for a buyer.  Do not leave positive feedback with a negative comment, either.

Give him 4 days to pay, on day 5 cancel as unpaid.
