Questionable return address

The return address I was given has approximately 90 characters then a city and state in China as well as a 6 digit zip code.

I was sold 2 admiral club tickets that were not accepted by American Airlines. They were fraudulent.

I purchased 2 American airline tickets on eBay and they were fraudulent. It states seller accepts no refunds. What can I do now? About 80 dollars was spent. Seller should not get away with this.
