I sent all information to customer and she still she said she did not receive.
I USED TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTICE WHEN I SOLD AN ITEM AND IT STOPPED

Will I have to delete all my info and start over?There is no customer contact number to call that works so I cannot talk to anyone in person.Thank you.
