Request combined shipping not for discounted items?

Hi there.The seller and me (buyer) have a problem with the shipping fees. I bought 4 items in his store. For that he accepted an discount. Now he ships all 4 items in 1 package. But ebay is asking for shipping-costs for every item what is for us both...
