Listings not showing for public

What to do if after 24 hours listing still not visible to public but active on my selling list. Listed 10 items yesterday, used the sell similar item on them. Other items listed this morning are active and visible.

man i made an account for my dad using my email and they restricted it.the email they sent me told me to go to 'help & contact' so they would ask me a few questions yet they wont ask me they just keep sending me back to the email

sales taxes is charging twice for 1 sold item

Ebay is charging 2 times sales taxes for 1 item sold. The first time you charge sales tax for sold product, and the second time ebay charges sales tax on the already 1 time charged sales tax!!! How can this be?
