Sometimes when I make changes to an item, a selling dataset pops up that includes the total amount of time I have had an item listed on eBay. I don't know exactly what this document is called but I need to know how I can access it

I’ve had an item I sold say delivered for over a week now and no sign of my payout in my available funds, processing, on hold or anywhere else. If someone could help me out please? And why can’t I reply on here.

A customer left me a positive feedback but they added a picture to it of the front of the package which shows the label and both of our addresses on it. I have tried to contact eBay several times about it to no avail. How can I remove the photo?

my item never arrived. an empty package showed up and now i'm out $500

so the vendor didn't package their stuff properly and it all fell out during transit. ebay isn't helpful at all, and i can't seem to cancel things from paypal either. how on earth is it my fault if the vendor doesn't package properly???
