Picture on feedback

A customer left me a positive feedback but they added a picture to it of the front of the package which shows the label and both of our addresses on it. I have tried to contact eBay several times about it to no avail. How can I remove the photo?

Hi @shutter-4147 

Yes, that would be a big concern and most likely against eBay policy.  The Buyer cannot edit the Feedback once it is left.
