I accidentally gave a bad review to a seller. I did not mean to give a negative review to the seller but rather to the site. Can somebody help me how to take away negative review?

Mislabeled product

Seller sold me one product based in the names in the ad — sent another lesser version

Seller received the item I bought I didn't get a tracking number so buyer kept my item not fair
