I sold an item which was purchased by a buyer that lives in an island where there are no normal delivery services but its part of USA. The Buyer was made aware of this and buyer is requesting to ship to a local address which is normal. Is it okay to ship to that address?

If the buyer hasn't paid, they can enter the address they want the item shipped to when they pay.
If the buyer has paid, you should cancel the sale for "problem with buyer's address" and request the buyer purchase your item again and enter the address they want the item mailed to when they pay.
If you ship to an address that wasn't used when the buyer paid, you will lose seller protection. The buyer could say "I didn't get it" and you would have to refund them.
