Return issue with photos

I'm trying to return an item, but initiating it requires photos. But the site won't accept photos or let me move on without them. They ask for JPEG, I'm uploading JPEGs and it won't accept them.

Has anyone tried printing a packing slip and the totals are all wrong? My item today took purchase price, a postage amount $40 over what was paid and taxes, then added it all up and showed a price over twice the value. The shipping label was correct....

Resolved! Buyer calling the seller an "A hole" on professional listing which will effect my ratings.

He played with me re: pricing, then got upset when I asked him not to contact me again. He did regarded my request and then called me an "Ahole" for the world to see.

eBay refunding a buyer when you haven’t received the item you sold them

A buyer wants a refund. I agreed. Shouldn’t I receive the item back before eBay refunds them. Also, I tried blocking the buyer from buying from me again but they don’t seem to exist.
