A buyer wants a refund. I agreed. Shouldn’t I receive the item back
before eBay refunds them. Also, I tried blocking the buyer from buying
from me again but they don’t seem to exist.
I appreciate all the advice from the community. I’m new at this and can
use all the advice I can get. I’ll be using local pickup in my listing
