ebay is not availbale to assist

all they do is give a bunch of flowchart answers and not everything is there, sometimes you need chat or a person for assistance with a bank issue .. its not there ... ebay 'help' sucks 1!!!

ebay never sent out my return label but went ahead and refunded buyer?

So I called ebay and they misinformed me that the system would send the buyer a return label. Not sure what happened. I called them twice and asked them to show me a copy of the return label. Did I get lied to by ebay? I'm not a store but a hobby guy...
