eBay

Do I just end all my auctions? I called ebay and they said to use time away but I was not told how to work this out or even how to set it. I just don't want to be penalized again. I lost the Seller icon when I went into the hospital last time.

So I called ebay and they misinformed me that the system would send the buyer a return label. Not sure what happened. I called them twice and asked them to show me a copy of the return label. Did I get lied to by ebay? I'm not a store but a hobby guy...
