Good day I recently was on vacation in US visiting family and friends . While there , I made a purchase of a S21 ultra online . The seller listed the item as new . Purchase was made and received my item upon the time giving to delivered . I returned to where am living thats actually in the Caribbean a small island St vincent and the grenadines . While using the phone for about a week , i started experiencing glitches and screen keeps jumping and phone coming on and off . I was so frustrated that i message the seller . He didnt reply immediately thinking he one of those dishonest sellers online . I then hit the return button just to get his attention . I explain that where am at to ship the unit back to him and quite expensive as in would cost me about the cost of another phone . I sent him proof of photos that the unit is no good but still he wants me to ship it . All i am requesting just a partial refund so i can keep the unit and change the lcd display which will be much cheaper .

I am frustrated at the moment because the seller had posted the unit is new and when received the unit appears to be used . That is very dishonest .

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller is NOT located in your country, s/he cannot supply a return label good in your country. S/he will have to send enough money to cover return shipping and you purchase the return shipping. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you in full. If no refund within 2 days, you go back to the Returns Request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. Once the seller realizes this, perhaps s/he will be more open to a partial refund.
