Buyer unable to pay

Buyer reached out saying they weren’t able to pay. Pls help eBay #205078033821

I bought a 140.00 dollar eBay card and I was hacked before I even got to register it

I have the receipt and I never used the card

My item was $22 and I was paid $18

I had item for sale with out option to offer- price was $22 and the order details shows they paid $18- with no explanation

listings’ titles in red on my seller page?

Why are some of my auction Listings’ titles red on my seller,page.it doesn’t appear they need more info or that there’s a mistake.

seller cancelled order and tried to get more money out of me.
