Refund without payment
At 6:47 AM a the email said my item had been sold. At 6:57 AM it said the buyer backed out. Now E-bay says I owe the buyer money but I don't show their payment in my account. This looks like a scam to me. What do you say?

Usually when something sells, ebay posts it in Orders under "Ship by . . . " I have one item that says "Ready to Ship" Why the difference? Also, I'm sure I did not offer free shipping as it is an international sale. Yet, it shows that I did. Thanks.
