I have spent the last few days trying to correct my birthdate on eBay. I have spoke with 15 different representatives, lost several hours on hold. Frustrated to say the least. I as a seller cannot correct my date of birth nor can anyone at eBay. Nor does any employee at eBay understand their policy on date of birth policy. I receive the same response word for word every time. I have been promised a return phone call by a supervisor. I have been promised an email. Nothing. Na Da. Zip. How can a company so large be incapable of a simple correction. Any suggestions?
