How do you notify buyers that you are on vacation and cannot ship items?

I have over 200 items for sale but I need to be absent and on vacation for three weeks. How do I notify customers that I cannot ship what they might buy for three weeks?

Courier collection and 6 digit code?

I had an item collected by courier. Seller has asked me for a 6 digit code provided by eBay via my phone. So that the item can be registered as collected. Not sure what this means. Can anyone explain?

Buyer isn't paying for their won bid
