Ebay needs to change their feedback policy. I had a 1932 Nash posted on Ebay, the winning bidder won with a bid of $20,100. I never heard from buyer, sent him two emails inquiring about deposit, no response. Finally called him the second day and he informed me that he didn't check his email and wasn't aware that he had won, ( After bidding $20,100 ) ????????) and then told me that he did NOT have the money. I cannot leave negative feedback for this dead beat because according to Ebay, the transaction wasn't completed as he did not pay. Hey Ebay' we should be able to leave feedback on these NON-PAYING deadbeats.

Sellers have not been able to leave a Negative or a Neutral since 2008. In addition, ebay Motors transactions are non binding, meaning either party can walk away from the transaction without consequences.

Although that bidder should never have placed their bid because they did not have money to actually follow through.....ebay motors is a non binding category. Most other categories would have earned them an unpaid item strike.
We call those bidders sport bidders and they do not take ebay seriously.
YOU MIGHT be able to report the bidder here since they admitted to you that they do not have money to pay you .
