Stupid eBay policies
First we HAVE to use Paypal, now we have to use eBay for payments. No wonder I hate using eBay anymore. It continues to be more problematic as time goes by.

Please Help! I bought a guitar amp and paid $534. It was DOA and damaged so I contacted the seller. He told me to take it to a repair shop and he would cover the cost of repairs. I did that and now the seller will not communicate with me! I paid $300...

Hello,Why does the GSP charge an import duty fee for items less than $200 from the US? The new US Canada NAFTA agreement from 2020 allows purchases up to $200 before charging any duty.Please advise.
Use of proprietary photos by another Seller without consent or contacting us
We have discovered that a seller, has stolen photos that we have for our listing and used it for his sales, (without consent). somewhat sketchy in my opinion. Is this ok on eBay, & how was he able to obtain them??
Buyer that is also a Seller under another ID
So I have a buyer that is also a Seller and purchased a $1200.00 item. She set up her other ID on September. 9, 2021 (the day before she purchased the item). I offered a greatly reduced price and she accepted it. Now she is saying it’s too stressful ...

Cancel Order
I have an order that needs to be cancelled. The item was not paid for and the buyer doesn't want the item. I can't find the item in my sold by name, item number nor the buyers name. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks, Connie

A seller overpaid the shipping on a purchase. How do I do a partial refund of the excess paid.
Shipping Labels
Why Can't I Print A Shipping Label. Every Time I Try It Says Something Is Wrong. It Doesn't Tell Me What Is Wrong It Just Says Something Is Wrong. I'm Using Google Chrome. Any Help.
buyer overpaid shipping
The buyer paid me $10.10 but the shipping charge when I printed the label was $2.70 less at $7.40. I could enclose a check, or $3.00 cash, but is there a normal procedure?
Non payment for items
Is anyone else having a lot of issues with non payment. I've had to cancel several winning bids because of non payment and I have 3 more I'm waiting for payment over 4 days.
Receiving merchandise from a third-party seller.
Just purchase an item through ebay. Was reluctant to do so because of ebay's hands off policy. And lord-and-behold, the package never arrived. That is why I most favor buying items through Amazon. Never, never an issue. Stew Jensen
