Use of proprietary photos by another Seller without consent or contacting us

We have discovered that a seller,  has stolen photos that we have for our listing and used it for his sales, (without consent). somewhat sketchy in my opinion.  Is this ok on eBay, & how was he able to obtain them??

No it's not OK...it's a violation of federal copyright law. If you want help from eBay, you would have to submit a report through the VeRO program.
