I hadn't sold anything for a while.
My last recent sale Ebay attempted to deposit funds into an account that no longer exists.
So, in the menu, I deleted the old account and put in a new one.
A week later I get a message that the deposit into the old account failed.
Not sure what to do. I wanted to ask them to make the deposit into the new account but the online help menus don't address this issue and take you around in circles.
Will Ebay eventually put the funds into the new account? Or do I need to do somethingmore?

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
If you don't see the option to request a call back try again in the morning after 5am PT.
