international shipping

I have a buyer that placed an order and it's an international shipment.My listing states no international shipping so how did he place the order ??

Saying my tracking # is already in use app glitched when I was adding it

I was adding the tracking # to an item I had just shipped and it glitched before I could press Save when I tried to enter again says # is allready being used
