I HAVE SENT A MULTIPLE ITEM TO AUSTRALIA USING GSP AND 2 ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED. THE BUYER WANTS TO RETURN AND EBAY ARE ASKING ME TO REFUND AND PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS COVERED BY GSP?
