Resolved! Return to sender"insufficient address"
So I had a package returned because the customer had insufficient address on file. Since the package was already returned to me. How do I charge the customer for additional shipping to resend the item?
I received a fake item
I received a fake item. It was 15 pounds. I clicked to return it, then decided to make a claim. Now it is stuck on return, says return is closed. How do I make a claim if I have no option to do so??
