Resolved! Sold a preorder from late last year, record of the sale now gone for shipping address.
I kept the details somewhere but I guess ebay dumps the old sales from the record. Trying to find the transaction to get the buyer's shipping address. For the future, if I archive the transaction, will it stay in the archive for a year?
