Out of the blue suddenly I can't read my item descriptions, I get a
captcha which doesn't change anything when I get thru that. And why is
it that there's zero option to talk with an ebay rep?
I kept the details somewhere but I guess ebay dumps the old sales from
the record. Trying to find the transaction to get the buyer's shipping
address. For the future, if I archive the transaction, will it stay in
the archive for a year?
Somehow my buyer preference setting was off and a zero feedback buyer
just purchased a skateboard I had listed. I emailed the buyer asking for
any info that would establish them as credible and asked if they're
willing to accept a phone call to help ...

Actually there is a setting in the seller options section to block
feedback 5 and under, I just didn't have the apply button slid to the
right for the list of custom options, not sure how that happened but
I'll continue waiting for answers from a mor...
