how does the seller combine shipping on multiple best offer items?

If the seller and I agree on three best offers on three separate items, my credit card is charged for each item including shipping. How does the seller combine shipping?

Priority Mail via USPS

It would sure be nice to have sellers give the USPS option for 2 day priority mail just like Amazon does automatically. It sometimes take up to a week or more before packages arrive.
