Listing Tool Not Working

I keep getting a message that the listing tool is not working.  I have been getting this same message for almost a week.  Is anyone else having this issue.

Are you using a VPN? In the past, using a VPN or using a network connection with very high latency has been linked to listing issues.

What operating system and browser versions have you tried?

Any difference if you try another device? Some users have better results listing via the eBay app.
