My buyer wants to cancel a bid. How do I do it as a seller?

I have an eBay account but placed a $300+ order (06-10017-06532) on 05/02 using guest checkout. It has not shipped. I cannot contact the seller without 'registering'--which fails because I already have an account. Please advise.
