disappearing "views" numbers

I'm curious as to why the number of views on some of my items declines or disappears. The number of views is helpful for me, so I dislike having them disappear. Any answers? Thanks.

Wrong address on shipping label

Hello, When I sell an item I purchase the shipping label through the EBay app. When the labels print, every time, it’s with an old address. I’ve created my account with my current address. How do I remove the old address from the USPS shipping label?
