Good evening, I am trying to pay, but I need help finding where to make payment. My account has been restricted/suspended. Why is my account suspended?

Does anyone else dislike the way packing slips are now after postage labels? An after thought that takes much more space in printing ... I typically have used half a sheet previously.Please reinstate the packing slip in the old, compact format!
