eBay me dice que alguien intento acceder a mi cuanta y que tengo que cambiar la contraseña pero me tiene que llegar un código al teléfono pero el teléfono que esta registrado no es el mío, me lo cambiaron

Item has not arrived!

I bought an item a few months ago and still has not arrived. When I check the tracking it says it's been sent back to the seller.

STOP SUPPORTING EBAY! Ebay is not following US Laws or Federal Trade Commission Laws/ Rules. Ebay does not care and is acting unlawfully.

Unable to print shipping label

Item was purchased however when trying to purchase the shipping label I get EBAY reply "There must be at least one shipping item" however the item is available and I can see the transaction
