no option for see return details

In the instructions for getting help from Ebay with a return, it says to click on "See return details," but there is no such option to click on. So there's no help from Ebay.

Buyer deleting account without paying

Twice now I've had a person buy my auction item, not pay and delete thier account. The name is very similar in both cases so it's the same person. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there recourse?

How to work with returns that are still under warranty?

Does anyone know how to go about handling returns for warranty parts? I have an item that is faulty after 6 months of purchase, however, the seller's website offers 1 year warranty. How does one process the return if the seller does not respond?

I list an item,it says listing is active, cannot search it.

put up 4 items ,1 listed fine, the other 3 said listed but i could not search them under all catagories. i've listed over a thousand items and never had this problem. Any help appreciated thanks
