I am a beginner returning to my eBay account as a seller but I keep getting this error:
If you were trying to list an item, eBay has saved your listing as a draft and has redirected you to eBay's Managed Payments onboarding process. I'm not sure why you would have gone into error mode. Perhaps the page actually is down. If you click "Try again", do you end up in the same place?
If so, perhaps there is some browser addon or security setting that is interfering with transferring your cookies to the new page. Turn off all of your browser add-ons and try again.
