How do I let e-bay know an item that I sold is not being being picked up Im shipping it free.

Auto Pay

Tonight I won several auctions from the same seller yet each item was auto paid / processed rather than being put into my cart.The seller offers combined shipping yet I wound up auto paying shipping for each individual auction.

USPS refused to take paid package.

USPS said that E-bay did not pay enough for the package.
