how to list multiple items in one listing

ive tried to figure this out, i dont understand how to get multiple items listed in 1 listing ive read the articles and played around with creating a listing im stuck!!!

I was given until Aug 3rd to psy seller cancelled on aug 3nd

On my last item I was. Given until Aug 3rd to pay. Seller cancelled on Aug 2nd!

Item was not received by buyer.

I sold a football card for $20 and shipped using plain envelope and label from ebay. The item was scanned into Gary Indiana after it left Texas. Item never arrived and tracking hasnt updated. If I refund buyer do I still get paid?

Cannot cancel order

returning a part that does not fit

bought a clove box closure for my car. The part came and looks right but is cheaply made and wont work, Ebay wants a picture but my Camera is broken and they will not start a refund without a pic why ?? the pic would look just like the part they sent...

Selling Limit Dropping

I have a starter store with a listing limit of 250 per month. I haven't listed since 7/28/23, but my limit for Aug 1 - Sept 1 has dropped to 247. I can't figure out what has counted against my limit of 250. Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated.

Football card not authenticated

I bought a Football card today and it wasn't authenticated like usual for these types of purchases. The price was listed at $399, but I offered $300 and won. Still, it says bgs graded 8.5 and the pictures look correct and the lookup number is correct...
