why do I have to verify I'm a human every time I log in... it's getting quite annoying.. I'm even thinking of ending my eBay account over this

Hi, eBay said we can't use PayPal anymore to buy and sell.. they want payment or withdraws from my bank acc... I use credit cards with my PayPal and I dont want any payments going in or out of my personal acc... Is there any way around this??? thanks

someone made a bid on an item im selling.. i like to find out what state he/she is from...how can i find that out.. the bid just shows their ebay name.. no location
