Why does it seem that Ebay delays the listing of Patrick Mahomes cards? It can take a day or two to show up on searches but other cards seem to show up immediately? Anyone else experiencing this?

Cannot print out return shipping label. Comes up as error.

Previously shipped item still showing as "Paid - Ship Now" on the app.

Sold item but can’t deliver as expected because item is being professionally graded. Been paid and informed buyer of delay and he says it’ll be okay so he’ll just wait. What should I do in meantime ?
