I am trying to purchase a rifle sight, but the transaction keeps getting blocked because it says I am not a us citizen.

I have been a member for 19 years and purchased several items like this and never a problem. I am definitely a us citizen and nothing has changed on my personal account.

What can I do?

I cannot find any way to ask ebay this question. the website is designed to make this impossible.
