When I go to the Orders page it is now showing orders from 2 years ago. Anyone know why it is doing this? I always hide orders after they are completed.

My buyer says they did not receive the item. Shipping tracking shows it was delivered to the address listed on buyers account. A postal worker must scan the item before they place it in the mailbox. Now they want me to refund the item.
