An item sold but eBay didn’t notify me

An eBay member bought an item and paid on 11/9/2023 i didn’t receive any notification from eBay. I just happened to get on eBay app and “my sold item” to find out that I needed to ship by 11/14 is there a known issue with eBay notification process?
