This is the second time now that I’ve been overcharged (by $21) for a label through EBay intl shipping. Somewhere in the process my package gets weighed incorrectly and at a higher weight. Not sure if it’s someone at EBay or if it’s the country of origin. Has this happened to anyone else? After the first time I started taking a picture of the package sitting on the scale. Though it’s mostly for my records as there’s nowhere to send this “proof” to eBay. The CS rep I talked to today told me I need to be more careful when weighing my items and to round up. But I always weigh things accurately. It’s someone else along the way that’s making the mistake but it’s hard for me to prove that as the rep only knows what they see.
