Now i ordered a bag and it came totally different colour as shown in the attachment… and i made a review.. the seller contacted me saying that I shouldn’t make this review without getting back to him and asked me to change my review.. i told him that I reviewed what happened and I’m out of the country so even I can’t return it.. so he said he can make 50% refund.. I accepted.. then he sent me that all is set … then i found my review is removed
my question is how seller can remove buyer review?!!
how you can help in the refund?
The photos look like the same item, except that one is a very low resolution photo and the other is higher resolution.
