Yeah it’s very frustrating. I messaged eBay for business on FB and they
said the warehouse can use dimensional/billable shipping over actual
weight and size if billable is more (they take LxWxH/166 to figure this
out). There’s so much about that that...
How do I go about doing this? I didn’t realize I wasn’t using that when
using eBay standard shipping. I read the FAQs but is there somewhere I
have to opt in? Also this program uses actual weight and not billable
weight as the other option apparently...
This is what I was told by eBay for business on fb. I have never heard
this before and it’s absurd to be at the mercy of the warehouse to
determine if I’ll have to pay more or not. I guess I just won’t ship

Yeah, it went to their hub in florida first. The package when I weighed
it was 15.6 ounces and EBay said it was 3.4 lbs. Such a big difference.
I would love to know where this is happening because it’s such a pain to
try to get it fixed and refunded....
