My item I ordered did not arrive. EBAY is no help!!

The seller refunded only a portion of the purchase price.  Ebay now says my request is closed.  I have tried to contact a real person at Ebay, and there is no phone number I can find for help.  The Ebay website juat runs you around in circles for ever.  What in the worls can I do to get the rest of my money.  The seller will no longer answer my emails....Bummer!!!

When the seller did not refund the full price, did you escalate your request by returning to your request and asking Ebay to step in to help you? Or did Ebay close your request due to inaction?

Ebay closed my request when the seller sent a partial refund. Now I can't get the balance owed to me.  The seller will not answer my emails and Ebay closed me out.  I can't even find a customer service phone number to talk to a real person!

Finally found a live person at Ebay, long search to find the right customer service.  Any way, the live person heard my problem, and just like that my case was reopend, problem solved, Thanks every one!!!
