Finally found a live person at Ebay, long search to find the right
customer service. Any way, the live person heard my problem, and just
like that my case was reopend, problem solved, Thanks every one!!!
Ebay closed my request when the seller sent a partial refund. Now I
can't get the balance owed to me. The seller will not answer my emails
and Ebay closed me out. I can't even find a customer service phone
number to talk to a real person!
